| Is this legal? |
| The Members Pro Traffic Exchange is an advertising program and does not knowingly break any laws. quarterlysurf is not a pyramid, ponzi, HYIP or any other kind of scheme or scham. The Members Pro Traffic Exchange is not a business opportunity or franchise. The Members Pro Traffic Exchange is a self supported manual Traffic Exchange that provides it's members with a way to advertise their Websites and/or Affiliate programs by [surfing] viewing other members sites. The future income of The Members Pro Traffic Exchange is based only on the sale of basic memberships, advertising and the upgrade of memberships. |
| Can I have more than 1 account? |
| Yes. We allow 2 account per household/IP address. Therefore, more then 2 accounts are not allowed. Any duplicate accounts will have all commissions, referrals and Credits returned to The Members Pro Traffic Exchange and the accounts will be terminated and banned immediately. |
| Do you charge any fees? |
| Yes, fees charged will be the $10.00 a year cost of a basic pro membership fee, advertising or to purchase an upgrade. The Members Pro Traffic Exchange is responsible for all money transaction fees. |
| How long does my paid membership last? |
| 1 year or 365 days. |
| How do I assign credits to my site? |
| Once you have logged in click on assign credits. This will take you to a page that has all of your credits that have not been assigned in you account listed. This will be at the top of the page. Under this you will see a box with 5 columns. In the first column you will see the name of your sites. In the second column you will see the amount of current credits that are assigned to your sites. At the top of the third column you will see assign credits in the box. Below that and beside the site name you want to assign credits to you may type in the amount of credits you wish to assign to that site. Then click the Assign button in the last column. |
| How do my sites get approved? |
| You site will be check by the Hits Connect site checker before it is allowed on the The Members Pro Traffic Exchange page rotator. After you post your site go back to my sites and out beside the site you have posted you will see Verify my site, click on this and your site will go through the site checker, If there is any problem admin will receive an email about the site and go in and check it a second time. If your site passes it will be put into rotation. |
| How long does it take to get a site approved by admin? |
| If your site does not pass when it goes through the site checker please allow at least 24 hours and longer on weekends for admin to look it over. |
| How many sites can I promote? |
| As a basic member you can promote 5 sites using the free credits given when you joined and keep them in rotation by surfing and viewing other members sites. As an upgraded members it depends on your level of upgrade.

| What if I need more credits? |
| You may purchase credits from our Buy Advertising page along with some other great Advertising. We also offer a several contest where the winners receive quite a few free credits. |
| What if 1 of my sites run out of credits? |
| Your sites will not be shown unless they have credits assigned to them. Even if you have credits assigned you must Log in and show some activity in your account at least once every 30 days to keep them in circulation. |
| How do I change an advertising url without losing my credits? |
| Log into your account and look in the contents box to the left and click on my sites. Click on the site name to edit. Then remove the site name and url you want to do away with and replace it with your new site name and url Then click save. Your new site will be put on the waiting list and as soon as possible admin will approve or disapprove the new site. |
| Why did I not get my activation email? |
| The email address you used to join The Members Pro Traffic Exchange is incorrect or the email from us is being blocked by your service. You can request the email again from the members/login page by clicking on Resend My Activation Email. If it still does not arrive contact us with the user name of the person you are signing up under and we will take care of the problem as soon as possible. |
| Why is my site suspended? |
| If your site has been suspended it is because the site was found to be in violation of our terms. This may include having any type of popup windows, pop under, javascript errors, being a framebreaker site, slide unders, slide ins, ROTATOR sites or anything else that stops the normal operation of our system. Please read the terms for full details. Sites that get suspended are normally deleted from the system after a few days. This gives you time to remove any credits that may be assigned to them. Serious or repeat site offenders may be deleted immediately along with their member account and loss of all refferals and Credits. |
| Will my money be at risk? |
| If you are not happy with the purchase of the basic membership you have 30 days after purchase to request a refund.
Any money you pay to The Members Pro Traffic Exchange for advertising or an upgrade. Once you have purchased advertising or an upgrade your money is spent and there will be no refunds. |
| Why has my site been put on hold? |
| Your site has been put on hold because it needs credits assigned to it or there might be something wrong with the way it is loading. If you need help assigning credits please Look under the FAQ. How do I assign credits to my site. |
| How can I pay? |
| We are currently only accepting payments through Paypal or Money order by mail. We may add other payment processors in the future. If you need to make different payment arrangements please send admin an email through contact us. |
| How do I get paid? |
| Payouts are done through Paypal and snail mail only and payout is set at $10.00. Your contest or commission payment will be sent to you as soon as possible but please allow at least 72 hours in case something is going on and I can't get to it right away. After you have reached the ten dollar payout amount go to the main contents box and click on convert this will take you to the next page and if you have reached the $10.00 payout limit you will see click here to request cash-out. This will take you to the request cashout page. The amount should already be posted all you need to type in is your Paypal account email address. then click on request payout. Very Important. Please also send admin an email with payout request on the subject line to admin@abideby.com with your request, Account ID#, amount and paypal information included. This way we can make sure I have received your request. If you would rather be paid by money order please send in an email with your request and the proper mail address and it will be sent to you that way. |
| Can I earn cash and how? |
| Yes, Once you join and become a basic member.
All members receive 80% of all cash brought in by their first level referrals for upgrades, credits, banner impressions and text link impressions. |
| What if I submit a chargeback? |
| Please contact us before you even consider doing this as this gives the site a bad name and we would like to solve the problem with you and come to an agreement that will benefit us both. However, should you still submit a chargeback your account will be deleted and all commissions, advertising, membership incentives and referrals lost. Your IP address will be banned from future signups with The Members Pro Traffic Exchange. |
| How does the commissions work? |
| I will be taking care of the commissions manually. When someone in your downline purchases an upgrade or advertising I will be posting your earnings to your account where it says total cash and sending an email to you letting you know how much and for what. Your total earnings will show up in your account information under total cash and also will be seen while you are surfing which will be where you see credits right under credits you will see cash. |
| How do I put my site on hold or rotate? |
| After you log into your members area click on my sites in the contents box. This will take you to a page that has all of your sites listed. In the first column you will see the name of your sites. Click on the site you want to put on hold or rotate and this will take you to the edit page where only the site that you just clicked on is. There is a box That says site status, click on the arrow. You will see Rotating and Hold come down on the menu. Click on rotate or hold what ever the case my be and click save. |
| How do I put up a banner? |
| First log in and click on My Banners in the contents box. Scroll down and in the middle of the page you will see a box asking for your banner information. Name; put in a short name so you will know which banner it is that you have up. you will be the only person to see this it is for your records.
Banner Location; This is the url that goes to where the banner is parked and will end in gif, jpj or some other name. Example of The Members Pro Traffic Exchange banner location url http://www.tmpte.net/banner/1.gif
Banner Target; This is where you want people to go when they click on the banner. Example of The Members Pro Traffic Exchange location http://www.tmpte.net/?rid=1
The number at the end of the url is my The Members Pro Traffic Exchange ID # so each persons affiliate or promotion url will end differently. |
| How do I Copy and Paste? |
| If you want to copy and paste an address url; Put your mouse guide on the right end of the url hold down the left mouse button and drag the pointer back to the left. The url should lite up blue as you drag it across the information. Once you get to the end which is the h in this case. Right click your mouse and a box will appear. Left click on copy. Now you have the url in your mouse. Go to the spot with your mouse guide where you want to paste the url left click, then right click and the box will come up again this time click paste and the url will be typed for you. A Lot less mistakes this way. |
| How often do I need to surf? |
| You must surf 5 sites when you join to activate your account and receive the signup bonus credits of 100 manual credits. Other then that you must sign into Quarterlysurf and show some activaty at least once every 30 days to keep your sites in rotation.

| Why do I keep getting a page that says inadmissible characters when I try to register. |
| When posting your site name do not use blank spaces.

| How do I save my credits when I delete a site? |
| Go to the contents box and click on assign credits. This will take you to the page where all of your sites and site credits are listed. Now scroll down to the box that says move your site manual credits. Before you delete a sight be sure and move your assigned credits elsewhere or you will lose them when you delete your site. |
| What is CPD? |
| CPD is Credits per day. If you would like your site seen 20 times each day then just set this to 20. |
| How do I find my user ID # |
| When you log in the first page you are taken to is the members page. Scroll down to the account details and your user ID# will be listed here, |
| What is Auto-Assign? |
| Auto-Assign will automatically assign credits to your websites from your account credits. In other words you do not have to worry about your sites running out of credits all you need to do is keep surfing and your credits will be divided to your sites at the percentage you have set. |
| How do I use Auto Sign? |
| You may use Auto-Assign from the assign credits page. Scroll down to just above the second box and you will see Auto-Assign your credits. In the box you will see 3 columns. The first column will list your site name. The second column will list your URL and then above the last column you will see Auto-Assign and under this you will see some small boxes with % in them. Here you may assign the percentage for each site. You may only use 100% so if you have 2 sites and want them showed equally you would put 50% in each box. |
| What do I do if I get kicked out of the site while surfing |
| If you get kicked out of the site, please click the back button on your browser 1 or 2 times and then click the refresh button on your browser. You should get a retry button, click retry and if this gets you back in the site do a report site right away and let me know that the problem accured with one of the sites but you don't know which one. This way I can check the last 10 sites you surfed. |
| Why has my account been suspended? |
| It could be for seversl reasons. The most common one is that you have missed to many surf questions. If you think you were suspended unfairly please send me an email an I will look into it. |
| How do I delete a site |
| When you want to delete a site you must first remove the auto-assigned % from that site and then you may delete it.
You do this by clicking on my sites then click on one of the %'s of one of your sites and this will take you to the assign page where you can adjust your auto-assign % for each site. Make sure you have at least 50% total assigned to the sites you want to leave up and then you can go back to my sites and start deleting the ones you want to. |
