RULES FOR SITE APPROVAL

• Nothing that will affect the performance of the The Members Pro Traffic Exchange rotation will be approved.

• Site must load completely within 5 seconds on a high-speed connection during admin approval process.

• No pop-ups, pop-unders, pop outs.

• Site rotators allowed upon Admin's discretion.

• No redirects.

• No frame breakers.

• No down loaders.

• No paid to search sites.

• No invalid security certificates.

• Sites must be written in the English language.

• No Adult, Escort, Hate, Racist or Pornographic sites - this will get your account deleted immediately with loss of monies, referrals, credits and your IP address banned forever!

• No site allowed Admin may deem inappropriate or distasteful to a family audience.

• TmpTE will inspect all sites for approval.

Members should visit this page periodically to review its contents for updates and changes.
TmpTE is not a paid to surf site where you earn a daily percentage on the amount of money you spend to upgrade.
TmpTE is an advertising program and does not knowingly break any laws.
TmpTE is not a pyramid, ponzi or any other kind of scheme.
TmpTEe is not a business opportunity or franchise.
TmpTE is a self supportive manual surf advertising program that provides it's members with a way to advertise their Websites and/or Affiliate programs by [surfing] viewing other members sites.
The future income of TmpTE is based only on the basic membership fee, sale of advertising transactions and membership upgrades.
Each member may have only 2 accounts per household/IP address with TmpTE.  Any person/household with more than 2 accounts will have ALL accounts deleted resulting in forfeiture of all monies, referrals and credits plus be permanently banned from using TmpTE website and/or services.
TmpTE provides all members a distinct ID number and advertising url.
TmpTE Admin will inspect all sites before approval for the page rotator.
As a TmpTE member that has purchased a basic membership or upgrade, you understand that the purchase price is ONLY for a basic membership or upgrade and no refunds will be issued.
TmpTE members will be held responsible for monitoring their sites and assigning credits as needed.
TmpTE Admin will regularly check sites in rotation for compliance.
Membership levels, costs, surf ratios and payouts are subject to change at Owner(s) or Admin discretion to ensure the continued business success of TmpTE.
Members must log into their account at least once every 30 days and surf the minimum number of sites as prescribed by their current membership level, in order to keep your sites in rotation and receive any cash commissions.
Once a member has paid his/her money to purchase a basic membership, advertising or an upgrade that money is spent and there will be no refunds.

Users of TmpTE may not, under any circumstances, use the TmpTE website to contribute, post or transmit any material of an infringing, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, libelous, inflammatory, obscene, illegal, scam, illegal scheme, indecent, pornographic, profane nature that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.

CHARGE BACKS

Before any charge backs, you agree to contact TmpTE Admin via the support link in your member's area to resolve the issue and TmpTE Admin will be allowed 10 days to respond to your request.  User understands and agrees that, in the event of a charge back, TmpTE reserves the right to reduce the account level or hold any earnings incurred due to the 'increase' of the account level.  TmpTE also reserves the right to suspend an account if the money from a charge back is not returned to us.  User understands and agrees that when a charge back occurs, the payment processors will debit the money from our account, which is held in trust by them. When this happens, we do not receive any money, and thus reserve the right to reduce the account level reflecting the funds which were not received by us.

SPAM

You may not promote your links or send unsolicited email (UCE), also know as SPAM -period!
All such actions are covered under the provisions of The CAN-SPAM laws of the United States and other countries.
Failure to comply will result in loss of any money spent, credits, referrals, commissions and immediate termination of your account, permanent IP ban and may result in legal prosecution.
TmpTE shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from member SPAM. 
User agrees to pay TmpTE  $7.00 per SPAM email sent and any additional charges TmpTE incurs as a result of user's SAPM actions.
TmpTE will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer.

DISCLAIMER

TmpTE is not liable for any loss of money, time or damages you might occur or be held responsible for any program you might join through TmpTE.
TmpTE cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet.
TmpTE reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Members understand that TmpTE services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Members understand that they may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service.
Anytime we have a scheduled outage and when possible members will be notified in advance by e-mail.
TmpTE shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control or other causes for which it could not have reasonably notified members of the upcoming problem/problems.
TmpTE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its discretion and/or according to new circumstances that may arise as a result of legal, marketing, technological or other changes.
TmpTE encourages all Users to review our Terms and Conditions from time to time to ensure your continued understanding, knowledge, acceptance, and compliance with them.
*By joining TmpTE, this means you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions as outlined here and will comply with them when using the TmpTE web site and services.
Users of TmpTE agrees that TmpTE Admin and Owner(s) has final authority in all matters relating to the operation of this website and services offered.

LEGAL JURISDICTION

User agrees any legal proceedings will be conducted within the court system in the Owner's official home of record unless otherwise designated by the Owner(s).
User of TmpTE website agree to pay all fees and court costs arising from any legal proceedings or dispute involving user and owner(s) and or designated Administrator of TmpTE.
